LifeTime's high performance player development program "ProTennis" is designed to give players the education and skill necessary to provide responsibility and ownership for their own development and to assist them to be the best they can be.
ProTennis is an individualised program of intense training, stroke development, tactical and psychological awareness for players serious about their tennis, especially those seeking regional, state, national or international rankings.
The program teaches players self-evaluation skills, which allow them to grow from every tennis experience - not just the one provided by the coach.

The ProTennis Squad Program is an eight week program for players who are seeking national, state or regional rankings that complements a player's existing weekly coaching program.
Squad programs have an on-court training time of one hour and 30 minutes and include individual drills to complement each player's own game style.
Developed as a response to concerns from tennis parents that high performance players could not train for the number of hours required on-court to give them the opportunity to become the best they could be and pursue a full academic program.
Tired of doing the same old drills as everyone else! LifeTime has developed a program that treats players as individuals. Each day players do specific drills designed for their game style - not someone elses.
LifeTime Tennis has developed a series of tournament camps and training programs for players seeking local, state, national, and international rankings.
Before commencing in a ProTennis program, players must undertake a comprehensive player assessment. The assessment comprises of a computerised analysis that profiles a player's individual game style and identifies their strengths and opportunities for improvement.
International students and players can choose to experience the Australian lifestyle by boarding at the school of their choice or living with other players in LifeTime's Player Residence in Brisbane.
