Play-n-Learn programs are designed for people of all ages and standards to come and play tennis - not just to learn about it. LifeTimeTennis Coaches use playing formats that allow people to begin playing tennis at any level. As you improve, you progress into more advanced programs.
No longer do you stand in a straight line to receive a ball fed by the coach. In our programs, every player is active for the total time they are on-court. And as you improve, you progress into more advanced programs.
Our four week Introductory Program is a great way to get started. Choose a weekday afternoon or evening session and receive a FREE tennis racquet or t-shirt as part of the program.
Programs for kids
The only modified program that is endorsed by Tennis Australia targeting children in the younger age group. Multi-coloured low compression balls, smaller light weight racquets, different size courts, lower nets and modified rules enable kids of all abilities to have fun playing tennis. As part of the program, all children receive:
• A Player Pack with a Hot Shots T-Shirt, a modified ball, player passport, sponge ball and bag
• Access to a Website featuring the latest tennis news, home activity challenges, dvd's, interactive games and challengers
• The opportunity to become a Ball Kid during the Australian Open

Hot Shots - the Game
Kids are graded into teams to play one another in a 4 week competition. They learn rules and tactics while playing fun games, with giveaways and prizes each week. A real social event for kids!
Programs for teenagers and adults
A program that integrates technical, tactical, and psychological components of tennis into a total learning experience, where technique becomes a response to the tactics and psychology of the game.
Individualised instruction for more personalised attention. Share the experience with a friend or family member. You can choose coaching session that is either 30, 45 or 60 minutes long.
Push your fitness to a new level while improving your tennis skills. A high intensity workout using heart rate monitors and music to get you in the zone. Programs for all standards and fitness levels.
Tennis workout includes a warm up, high intensity workout and cool down phase using heart rate monitors and music to get you in the zone.
Programs are available for all standards and fitness levels. Players are involved in stroke correction and tactics while burning calories ang getting into shape. The session includes a FREE Lifetime t-shirt.
