Computerised Analysis
Before commencing in a ProTennis program, players must undertake a comprehensive player assessment.
The assessment comprises of a computerised analysis that profiles a player's individual game style and identifies their strengths and opportunities for improvement.
The computerised analysis is vital for players to be able to understand how to use their game style to create a winning advantage.
This allows players to accelerate the improvement of their game by practicing and training in a more specific and effective manner. The computerised analysis includes:
- Bio-mechanical computerized analysis
- Gamestyle evaluation and player profiling
- Fitness testing with sports medicine experts
- Individual tournament program
- Personal goal setting training diary
- Computer disc containing lesson plans
This program gives children living in isolated communities the opportunity to have their game assessed by Australia’s leading coaches. Send in a DVD of you playing and LifeTime will assess it and reply with your next set of lessons on DVD. This will allow children living in isolated communities to have their game evaluated, corrected and the opportunity to improve.
